Have some Holiday Fun at the Winona Arts Center’s Free Ink event on December 5! This is a free community event. You will create your own one-of-a-kind greeting cards to give to friends and family or to frame as a gift.

This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
